I got an email from Kraken today. Looks like they are adding some of the same swaps available in Exodus, Coinomi, & other wallets. I’m not sure if I’d use Kraken’s Wallet or it’s swaps extensively, but I’ll give it a try soon. Kraken’e email follows:
Hi Scott, We are thrilled to announce the launch of Swaps, a fast, convenient way to swap tokens without the hassle or fees. Swaps removes all the complexity and overhead from token swaps, providing our users with a snappy, straight forward interface to meet their needs. |
What is Kraken Wallet Swaps? Swaps is a new feature in Kraken Wallet that allows users to quickly swap their choice of tokens across supported networks. Swaps works by aggregating data from the best decentralized exchanges and bridges and presenting it to you with transaction quoting, clear customizations, and no extra clicks or transaction signing. What blockchains are supported? Kraken Wallet Swaps are currently only available on and between integrated EVM blockchains. Currently this includes Ethereum, Ink, OP Mainnet, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, Blast, and Linea. For more information, please visit this support page. |
What’s next? We will continue to enhance Swaps by unlocking additional blockchains, including Bitcoin and Solana, and adding more features that let users further customise their Swaps experience.Get all the details in our blog announcement here. Take control of your onchain journey with Kraken Wallet! The Kraken Wallet Team |
